With over 30 years’ experience in PR and marketing strategy, Diane has had to keep up with changes in the marketing and communication fields. From her position many years ago as Pro Consul at the British Consulate General in St Louis, where she arranged personal appearances and media interviews for personalities such as Prince Charles and Lord Snowden, to Special Events Director for a major department store, (even filling in for frosty the snowman at Breakfast with Santa when necessary!); and her twenty five plus years as owner of a marketing company and promotional products distributorship, she has enjoyed helping businesses and entrepreneurs to grow. Charlie started plumbing over 20 years ago working for his father digging ditches and learning everything he could about the plumbing industry. After 15 years working for his father, he became a Master Plumber and decided to branch off on his own and start Beis Plumbing. Beis Plumbing started as a one-man shop in 2016 and has grown into a 15-person operation in just six years. The business is now located in Eureka, MO and services St. Charles and St. Louis counties and parts of Franklin and Jefferson counties. Charlie may not be out in the field anymore, but he is still very active in the business.

As a graduate of the Missouri University of Science and Technology with a degree in Geological Engineering, a Certified General Contractor and a licensed Professional Engineer in four states (including Missouri and Illinois), Cherie brings credentials and skills rarely seen in the radon mitigation industry. Her experience has run the gamut when it comes to the field of civil engineering, covering everything from project and construction management of large residential home developments to quality control and management of heavy construction projects like interstate highways. Cherie is certified by the National Radon Proficiency Program (NRPP/AARST), a member of the American Association of Radon Scientists and Technicians (AARST) and currently serves as the Vice President of the Heartland Chapter of AARST. She is also a certified radon measurement and mitigation technician in Illinois under the Illinois Emergency Management Association (IEMA). In addition, she serves on the Board of Lung Cancer Connection, the AARST national Advocacy Committee and is a partner of the Missouri Lung Cancer Coalition to help raise awareness about this devastating disease. In 2020, Cherie was selected as one of Small Business Monthly's "Top 100 St. Louisans To Know to Succeed In Business".
